Virtual Key Fob’s

At this time we will no longer be offering the virtual key fob for your phone. If you currently have it you will be able to keep it until a replacement is needed then you will be offered a physical card/fob.

this is partly due to the issues of notification e-mails not being sent to our 3rd party that produces the virtual fob and issues with members not opening emails for the fob itself (24hr window once sent) and members replacing phones(fob is registered to the phone it is set up on).

please select the physical membership when creating a new membership. the cards are also good forever and would only need replacing if the card is lost or a photo needs updating like a drivers license. there is a fee to replace the card so the club wont be sending out new cards on a regular basis.
